who knew.

today is my birthday. and the one person I wish would tell it to me hasn’t even called. this really upsets me. but at the same time, birthdays allow you to see who your real friends are. they actually text or call you and tell you more than just “Happy birthday”. they don’t just write it on your Facebook wall where you get a notification about peoples birthdays but they know because they care about you. and it really doesn’t surprise me the people who took the time to tell me and not just write a silly post on Facebook. I love my friends so much. and am blessed beyond comparison. Oh and my boyfriends coming home today, it is gonna be a great day, who knew. .

You don’t get it. Sacrifice is a part of life. It’s supposed to be. it’s not something to regret, It’s something to aspire to. Little sacrifices. Big sacrifices.

Upper East Wonderland: There's Nothing Worse Than Being Alone

uppereastwonderland:

especially when it’s in the comfort of your own home. Sure, like everyone else I have a whole list of things I always say I want to do when I have the time. Call my grandfather, write essays for school, read a good book, work out, the usual. But when you are given that time to sit all by yourself,…

««< guys like youuuu

I made a new friend. I don’t know what is is, but something amazes me about him. He sparks my attention and he intrigues me. He is from New Jersey. he is unlike any guy I have ever met. He is not full of himself, he opens up to me, and he is honest, he has a pretty good sense of humor and he is easy to talk to. I don’t like him anything more than a friend, and he doesn’t like me anything more than a friend. He doesn’t take advantage of girls, which is hard to find in a guy these days (even though I have a boyfriend who is amazing and doesn’t do that either), and he likes having a good time. he isn’t interested in constantly being in a relationship or having a girlfriend, and he isn’t arrogant around girls. he is shy at first, but once you get to know him, he is a fun guy to be around. he is an easy guy to start a conversation with and he doesn’t focus it on himself, but rather tries to get to know you in the process, while throwing jokes around here and there. and a plus, he is really smart. he uses words that even I don’t know (which isn’t saying a lot) and he actually wants to succeed in school and in life. he isn’t a football jock, and he is for the most part sociable once you are around him a lot.

why can’t all guys not be jerks and be like him? please
